Join myAcademy Rewards
myAcademy Rewards is free to join and includes a $15 welcome offer, a $15 birthday offer, and a $25 reward after $500 in eligible Academy purchases during a calendar year. Members also receive free standard shipping on eligible Academy.com orders of $25 or more.
The welcome and birthday offers require a qualifying purchase of at least $15.01, while the annual $25 reward requires a purchase of at least $25.01. Birthday rewards are available to members who add their birth date to the account.
Use Academy's Price Match
Academy can beat a qualifying competitor's advertised price by 5% when the same brand and model is in stock and the lower price can be verified. The policy covers qualifying local retailers and selected online competitors.
Clearance, closeout prices, timed events, coupons, rebates, membership prices, and limited-quantity offers are excluded. Online price-match requests can be handled through Academy Customer Service.
Check for a Price Adjustment After Buying
If Academy lowers its own price shortly after a purchase, eligible items bought within the previous 14 days may qualify for a price adjustment. The original receipt is required, and clearance merchandise and timed-event purchases are excluded.
This can be worth checking after larger purchases such as athletic shoes, fitness equipment, coolers, tents, and outdoor gear.

Compare Deals and Clearance
Academy's current promotions and clearance section can produce very different prices on similar products. Checking both is especially useful for shoes, apparel, fan gear, fitness accessories, and seasonal outdoor equipment where sizes, colors, and older models may be marked down separately.

Use Free Pickup or Member Shipping
Eligible online purchases can be sent to an Academy store with free store pickup. Most pickup orders can be ready within about one hour, and Academy holds completed orders for five days after sending the ready-for-pickup notification.
For shipped orders, signed-in myAcademy Rewards members receive free standard shipping on eligible purchases over $25. Customers who are not signed in generally need an eligible order over $50, while myAcademy Rewards credit cardholders can receive eligible standard shipping with no minimum.
