ExtraCare members can opt in to earn credits from qualifying pharmacy activities. CVS currently issues $2 in ExtraBucks after every four credits, with up to $50 in Pharmacy & Health ExtraBucks available per person during a calendar year.

CVS offers free pickup on eligible online merchandise. Standard shipping currently costs $4.99 or is free on qualifying orders of $35 or more.
ExtraCare Plus costs $5 per month or $48 per year and includes a $10 monthly bonus reward, 20% off eligible regularly priced CVS Health products, and free qualifying shipping and same-day delivery on orders of at least $10 after coupons, promotions, and rewards.
