Join myWalgreens Before Shopping
myWalgreens is free and unlocks member pricing, digital coupons, personalized offers, and Walgreens Cash rewards. Members currently earn 1% Walgreens Cash on most qualifying purchases and 5% on eligible Walgreens-branded products.
The same account can be used online, in the Walgreens app, and in participating stores. Signing in before shopping also makes current coupons and reward offers easier to track.
Clip Digital Coupons Before Checkout
Walgreens digital coupons must be clipped to the myWalgreens account before the transaction is completed. For pickup, delivery, or shipped orders, eligible coupons need to be attached while the online order is being placed.
One qualifying manufacturer coupon and applicable Walgreens coupons can be used on the same item when the terms allow it. A paper and digital manufacturer coupon cannot both be applied to the same product.
Use Walgreens Cash Before It Expires
Walgreens Cash is stored in the myWalgreens account and can be redeemed toward eligible future purchases. Each promotion can have its own product, quantity, and spending requirements.
Walgreens Cash normally expires 12 months after it is earned. The accumulated balance can also be forfeited after six consecutive calendar months without using Walgreens Cash in a transaction.
Understand Spend and Buy Offers
Walgreens regularly runs offers such as Spend $20, Earn $5 Walgreens Cash or Buy 3, Earn $5. Spend offers depend on the qualifying merchandise subtotal, while Buy offers depend on purchasing the required number of eligible items.
Current Walgreens Cash offers can calculate the required spend after discounts, manufacturer coupons, store credit, and redeemed rewards, so the qualifying subtotal should be checked after every deduction.

Check Register Rewards Before Planning a Repeat Deal
Register Rewards are one-time coupons earned from qualifying promotions, usually from eligible in-store purchases. Only one Register Reward is generally issued per offer, per customer, per transaction.
Using a Register Reward from an offer to repeat the same offer can prevent another reward from printing. The reward is often more useful on a different planned purchase.
Compare Online and In-Store Promotions
Walgreens.com can feature online-only promo codes, pickup discounts, and Walgreens Cash offers, while an in-store promotion may provide a printed Register Reward instead.
The product price, coupons, type of reward, and fulfillment cost should all be compared before deciding where to complete the purchase.
Use Pickup for Smaller Orders
Walgreens pickup has no additional service fee and can be ready in as little as 30 minutes at participating locations. A minimum estimated subtotal of $10 is currently required after promo codes and paperless coupons and before tax.
Digital coupons must be applied when the pickup order is placed, and paper manufacturer coupons cannot be added when the order is collected.
